The RN performs nursing assessments, identifies patient needs, develops individualized care plans, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and evaluates patient outcomes.Qualifications: Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent Florida Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBLSACLSNIH Stroke ScaleExperience & Skills: At least 2 years of experience in a PCU or higher-acuity setting strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills. Must attend applicable hospital training programs, including New Manager/Supervisor Orientation and Leadership Development courses. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
