What You Bring Most of our Senior and Manager-level tax candidates have: 3 or more years of public accounting tax experience Experience preparing and reviewing returns and contributing to client engagements Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation Exposure to multi-state and federal regulations CPA license preferred or active progress toward it Comfort with tax software such as CCH, ProSystem fx, Lacerte, or UltraTax The ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language A Master’s in Taxation is a plus. Just as important is leadership potential and the ability to guide both clients and teams with confidence.
