Child and Adult Development Specialist (ABA)

What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one behavioral support Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills Support positive behavior development Record session data and client progress Create engaging and structured learning environments Qualifications Required: At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Plus one of the following: College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field OR At least one year of experience as a: Behavior Technician ABA Therapist Behavioral Interventionist Paraprofessional Child Development Professional Camp Counselor Similar child-focused role Additional Details Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings Travel between client locations may be required Mileage reimbursement available when eligible Paid training and ongoing support provided About Maxim Healthcare Maxim Healthcare has been making a difference in the lives of our patients, caregivers, employees and communities for more than 30 years.
