Specialist, CNC Programming & Operations

CNC Programming & Operations Specialist needed on-site in Kenosha, WI to support high performance doors. Essential Job Functions Develop CNC programs across multiple fabrication platforms Generate G-code and machine instructions Use SolidWorks to create flat patterns and cutting files Establish programs for new equipment Troubleshoot machine issues & support production Validate part quality against design Maintain documentation and revision control What we are looking for Degree, diploma or certificate in machine tool technology, CNC programming and operations, CAD technology or related technical program is desirable 3+ years CNC programming experience Experience with multiple CNC platforms Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects SolidWorks experience required Advanced/Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and SharePoint Knowledge of PLC-based machine control systems is desirable 4Front Engineered Solutions is a leader in the door and docking industry.
