Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, adhering to established design patterns. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Trace, diagnose, and resolve issues across complex, existing codebases from UI down to the database level. Security & Administration: Implement secure web and database access using Active Directory and modern authentication standards. Collaboration: Partner with team members using version control systems (Git/SVN) and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
