Key Qualifications:

• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Prior experience working in educational settings
• Strong understanding of current best practices in school psychology and student support
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to help guide individualized student learning plans
• Interpret data to develop effective interventions, modifications, and supports tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to support social and emotional wellness
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and serve as a resource on student mental health and learning challenges
• Assist in the development and implementation of proactive prevention programs within the school community
