General Manager

Overview We’re looking for a driven and resourceful General Manager to lead business operations, optimize team performance, and execute the company vision. If you’re someone who blends big-picture thinking with boots-on-the-ground action, you’ll thrive in this leadership role. Responsibilities Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records Conduct daily check-ins with department heads to align on priorities and maintain operations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team Partner with leadership on planning, reporting, and long-term vision Create and sustain a strong culture of customer service and operational excellence Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow Qualifications Previous experience as a hotel General Manager Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations Brings a proactive mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity Preferred: Holds a degree in Business, Management, or a related field A strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting Mandatory Choice Brand Specific knowledge- 1 minimum year Mandatory 2-year Extended Stay Hotel Management Compensation $70,000 - $75,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
