We are seeking an experienced CLM Agiloft Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Agiloft and other CLM platforms, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
CLM Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of CLM solutions using Agiloft and related platforms
- Assess current-state contract management processes and define future-state workflows
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable CLM solutions
- Work closely with business users to gather and refine functional and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions
- Configure CLM integrations with signature tools such as Adobe Sign and DocuSign
- Recommend and apply CLM implementation best practices
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Agiloft CLM platform
- Experience with one or more CLM tools/products:
- Agiloft
- Icertis
- Experience implementing eSignature tools such as:
- Adobe Sign
- DocuSign
- Strong understanding of:
- Business process mapping
- Workflow diagrams
- Contract template configuration
