Title: Production Manager

Location: Ripon, WI

Duration: Full-time

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead hourly production teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

3 5 years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience.
2+ years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience leading hourly production teams.
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation.
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and rotating harvest schedules.
