Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Overview Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The LPN will monitor, assess, and report patient conditions, and deliver services to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards. Responsibilities include assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs daily. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited LPN program Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current) Key Duties Deliver competent, compassionate nursing care Make independent decisions when necessary Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude Additional Information Part-time weekend night shift and full-time opportunities available Relocation bonus offered Contribute to a growth-oriented organization committed to quality patient care Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Alpha Home Health and Hospice
