Mecnico Industrial
El Mecnico Industrial es responsable de realizar reparaciones, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos industriales con componentes elctricos, mecnicos, hidrulicos y neumticos. Su funcin es garantizar el funcionamiento ptimo de la maquinaria industrial, diagnosticar averas, proponer mejoras en procesos de mantenimiento y apoyar en la continuidad de la produccin, cumpliendo con los estndares de seguridad y calidad establecidos.
Responsabilidades
- Trabajo tcnico reparando maquinara industrial y sus componentes elctricos, hidrulicos, neumticos y mecnicos.
- Instalar, remover y reparar piezas, cadenas, poleas, partes elctricas y otros componentes de la maquinara.
- Realiza mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
- Documentar todo trabajo preventivo y correctivo realizado.
- Reporta cualquier situacin de seguridad y calidad de alimentos.
- Diariamente inspecciona todos los diques (Aceite, Azcar, Harina, Disel) de no existir peligro ambiental debe descargar los mismos.
- Observar los GMP's y normas de Seguridad Ocupacional aplicables a su rea de trabajo.
- Realiza tareas como ayudante de Planta de Tratamiento
- Realiza proyectos de construccin especiales de Ingeniera
Requisitos
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 2do y 3er turno.
- Licencia de ayudante de electricista y/o equivalente
- Estudios conducentes a grado asociado en Mecnica Industrial y Electricista con Licencia de Aprendiz y certificado vocacional equivalente y dos aos de experiencia en una posicin similar.
- Conocimiento bsico de electricidad y soldadura.
- Un ao de experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y reparacin de maquinaria industrial en sus componentes mecnicos y elctricos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y das feriados.
- Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con PLCs.
- Excelente rcord de asistencia y puntualidad
