Senior Director, Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations

Square One Concepts is seeking a proven restaurant operator to lead the CBCB portfolio as Director of Operations. The role requires hands-on field leadership, strong front-line coaching, and the ability to translate strategy into consistent execution across high-volume, multi-unit restaurants.
