As a Mobile Associate - Store‑in‑Store (SiS), you will serve as the face of T‑Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, engaging customers in a high‑traffic retail environment. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, providing outstanding experiences and ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most. Job Responsibilities: Proactively engage with customers, use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate on T‑Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits, and showcase product value. Complete training on the store‑in‑store experience, new products, processes, systems, and reference resources; continuously learn and improve at all times. Provide excellent customer service, build rapport, trust, and loyalty; proactively attract potential customers and drive sales activity; collect referrals, handle “Be Back” processes, and establish relationships. Education: High School Diploma or GED (required) Work Experience: 6+ months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred). Customer‑satisfaction oriented, passionate about customer advocacy and performance goals (required). Team‑building mindset, collaborative with peers and leaders, willing to share best practices (required). Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (required). At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel & Regulatory: No travel required. NOT a DOT‑regulated or safety‑sensitive position. Compensation: Hourly base pay $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert and eligibility for an annual incentive target of $18,000 per year. Base pay plus incentives guarantees a minimum of $20/hr.
