Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift

Job Overview Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd Shift, Troy, IL. Core hours Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Overtime may be required. Pay starts at $27.92/hr with a $0.50 shift premium and a wage progression to $30.61 per hour after 16 months. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and mechanical issues. Install, repair, or fabricate new equipment and components as needed. Support Tier 1 & 2 operational processes through action cards and rapid response activities. Support physical transformation and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
