Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Evaluate patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies that support the attainment of their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work interactively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide complete and integrated care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate individuals and their families about therapy methods to ensure continued progress outside the clinic
• Assess and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
