Description Employment Type : On-Call Join Our Team as a Barista! McDade's Emporium and Ice Cream Saloon, nestled within our beautiful resort, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! If you have a passion for coffee, a knack for customer service, and a desire to create unforgettable experiences, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do:
- Serve with a Smile: Delight our guests by fulfilling their orders with efficiency and a personal touch.
- Fulfilling Guest Orders: Manage transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Create Personalized Experiences: Engage with guests to make their visit special and memorable.
- Craft Delicious Beverages: Prepare a variety of drinks to perfection, following our menu standards.
- Maintain a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure the store is clean, inviting, and a place where guests love to linger.

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a team spirit
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about25 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- TABC and Texas Food Handler's Certification is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
