Nurse Supervisor (RN) (Registered Nurse)

Part time - every other weekend from 8a-4:30p

Job Summary:

Aviata at the Sea - Pompano Beach is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
