Gastroenterology in Central Illinois - Earn 900K plus annually

High-Income Potential: 690K guaranteed base plus RVU incentives, giving you an earning potential of over 900K
Subspecialty Procedures: Advanced GI procedures available with on-campus endoscopy OR suites
Supportive Practice Model: Dedicated APP support, supervision opportunities, and excess call compensation
Hospital-Employed Stability: Single hospital coverage with outpatient practice located on campus

Who You Are:

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for H1B or J1 sponsorship
Strong procedural skills with an interest in advanced GI preferred
Team-oriented physician seeking both clinical and academic fulfillment

Compensation and Benefits:

Guaranteed Base Salary: 690,000 + RVU productivity incentives
Sign-On Bonus: 150,000
Paid Relocation: 10,000
Malpractice Coverage: Includes paid tail coverage
Additional Benefits: Health, retirement, CME, PTO, and APP supervision pay
