Parts Manager Experienced Automotive

Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our automotive parts department at Max Motors Dealerships. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in parts management. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality of automotive parts. Work alongside our service advisors and technicians, ensuring proper parts are ordered. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management. While parts is your main objective, you must be willing to learn all aspects of the Service and Parts departments to help when needed. Be proactive and willing to do whatever it takes to increase our business and customer service. Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible work schedule: every other Saturday and a weekday during the week.
