Job Description:
Role Summary
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will deliver world-class customer service to employees and guests of the designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on creating a welcoming and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors; greet with a friendly demeanor, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
• Answer telephones professionally; create presentations and speak to groups of varying sizes.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services (mail, office supplies, onboarding).
• Handle inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers with professional customer service solutions.
• Organize and manage on-site events, including securing space, setup/teardown, and supply delivery.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying goods and services to the workplace.
• Explain detailed information within the team and follow manager's directions.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
