Are you a customer service oriented individual seeking part time employment? Fred Beans Cadillac of Doylestown is immediately hiring a part time Receptionist!

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do

Answer the phones promptly.
Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
Close out repair orders in computer.
Prepare and make deposits.
File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
Input of additional service requests

Proven customer service skills of at least 1 year
Pleasant and professional phone manners
Attention to detail and administrative filing
Ability to lift up to 10lbs
