Automotive Parts Professional

Job Description

Job Description

We are searching for a Parts Professional with lots of experience who is ready to join our busy and growing team.

This shop never sits still, and neither do we. If you thrive on variety, like juggling a dozen things without dropping any of them, and want to be part of a team that’s growing fast — keep reading. We’re looking for someone with energy, instincts, and the people skills to keep our parts operation moving.

You’ll run point on parts sourcing, quoting, purchasing, inventory, returns, cores, and warranty claims. You’ll talk with technicians constantly and step in with customers when a repair approval needs a confident voice behind it. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly the point.

YOU'RE A FIT IF:

You like a fast pace and don’t need a routine to feel comfortable
You’re naturally good with people — customers, techs, vendors, all of it
You take ownership of your work and follow through without being chased
You want your effort to be seen and rewarded, not just expected
You’re ambitious and want a real shot at running something bigger

• Source, quote, and purchase parts across every active job
• Keep inventory tight — know what’s on hand and what’s coming
• Handle returns, cores, and warranty claims start to finish
• Work hand-in-hand with technicians to keep jobs moving
• Present repair approvals to customers when it counts
• Oppurtunity to step into more responsibilities as you grow into the role

Why People Love Working Here:

• Top Pay
• Weekends Off
• Full Benefits - Health insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance
• Paid Time Off
• Retirement Plan
• Paid Holidays
• Great Hours! 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Weekly Pay
• Supportive team environment with the best technicians in the area
• Respectful leadership that recognizes results
• A highly organized operation — we run a tight, professional shop
• A fast-moving team that has each other’s backs
• Recognition for results, not just attendance
• Relocation Assistance

We’re growing fast, and we promote from within. This role is the on-ramp to Assistant Shop Manager, with a long-term path to Shop Manager. We want someone who’s ready to move up — and we’ll make sure your wins get noticed along the way.

As part of our application process, we ask all candidates to complete a short 10–12 minute survey. It helps us understand your strengths and place the right people in the right roles.

We fully understand that the person we’re looking for likely already has a job. If you’re reading this and you don’t feel respected, treated fairly, or given room to grow at your current job we need to talk.
