\n We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. We currently have one full-time and one part-time opportunity available + open to having someone join us on a PRN basis with 3-6 month assignments available! This 1099 position offers high compensation, generous time off, and the chance to work with a supportive, collegial team in a thriving community.

Position highlights:

\n

\n
• Hours Guaranteed - open to scheduling someone for a 3-6 month block
\n
• Team of 5.5 Anesthesiologists: 3 on-site daily (1 supervising Main OR, 1 supervising Outpatient OR, and 1 available for CV cases)
\n
• One of the 3 is on primary call, 1 is off post-call, and 1 is on vacation
\n
• All physicians need to be heart capable; CV fellowship not required
\n
• Case mix: General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, and CV. No OB services
\n
• Rotates between Main OR and attached Outpatient surgery location
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
\n
• Comfortable with cardiac anesthesia; CV fellowship not required
\n

\n
