NAV Analyst — Real Estate Valuation & Reporting
LaSalle Investment Management
LaSalle Investment Management seeks an NAV Analyst for its JLLIPT daily NAV operations in Chicago. You will collaborate with portfolio managers and accounting to calculate NAV, monitor property values, debt, cash balances, and JV waterfalls, and report results to the AVP. The role requires real estate valuation knowledge, financial modeling skills, and strong Excel abilities.
