Responsibilities Evaluate patients' functional, cognitive, and daily-living needs and establish individualized treatment plans and goals Deliver occupation-based interventions that rebuild independence in self-care, home, and daily activities Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, energy-conservation techniques, and home and activity modifications Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care as patients advance, directing and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants and the interdisciplinary team #J-18808-Ljbffr
