Director of Nursing Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at Avenue at Macedonia Care & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance, while driving quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices. Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers

• Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices

• Coach, mentor, and inspire nursing staff to achieve their full potential

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes

• Promote a positive, professional, and compassionate work environment

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio

• Previous nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• A passion for resident care and team development

• Ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability
