What You'll Own

• Full discipline performance: staffing, compliance, billing, and budget
• Mentorship of Clinic Directors, Managers, and Leads
• Program development and regional growth strategy

What You Bring

• Master's or Doctorate in speech-language pathology
• Active MI SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 10+ years clinical experience
• 3+ years supervisory
• 3+ years program development
• Strong business acumen and a team-first leadership style
