Experience: At least 2 years of outpatient hematology/oncology experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care in a hospital-affiliated clinic
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Collaborate under physician oversight with hematologists and oncologists
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
• Support infusion services, patient education, and treatment planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Minnesota RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient management skills
