Tell us about the unit(s):

· Number of Beds – 40 beds

· Number of Staff – approx. 40 staff with RNS and support staff

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift –  1 charge, 5 RNs, 1 unit clerk, typically 7 staff during the week M-F, 5-6 on weekends

o Night Shift - 1 charge, 4 RNs, typically 5 staff during the week M-F, 4 on weekends

· Patient Ratios – 1:5, 1:6

· Type of equipment -

· EMR – CPN and Meditech

· Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) – yes, nights

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· 1 year Newborn or NICU experience
