Nick Albernas State Farm is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Specialist with a proven track record of generating and closing life insurance business.

This position is designed for a motivated sales professional who is confident having needs-based conversations, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently developing new opportunities.

You will have access to an established book of agency customers while also being expected to generate business through networking, referrals, community relationships, and proactive outreach.

Proven life insurance sales experience is required. State Farm experience is preferred, but not required

Required Qualifications

• Active Life & Health insurance license
• Proven life insurance sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to consistently generate and close life insurance business
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and needs-based selling
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Ability to manage follow-up and maintain an active sales pipeline

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous State Farm agency experience
• Experience selling life insurance within an existing customer book
• Experience generating new business through referrals, networking, and community relationships
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales or production goals

What You'll Do

• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify life insurance and financial protection needs
• Present and close appropriate life insurance solutions based on customer goals
• Work with the agency's existing book of customers to uncover additional protection opportunities
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, community relationships, and prospecting
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and follow-up process
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen customer protection
• Assist customers throughout the application and underwriting process
• Build long-term relationships that support retention and referrals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable insurance and regulatory requirements

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
