El Representante de Ventas y Merchandiser (Sales Representative Merchandiser) es responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes mediante la correcta promocin y exhibicin de los productos de Cordialsa USA en las tiendas asignadas. Este rol se enfoca en desarrollar relaciones slidas con gerentes y personal de tienda, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurar una ejecucin consistente de las estrategias comerciales para generar valor tanto para los clientes como para la compaa.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Maximizar las ventas identificando oportunidades y brindando un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Visitar las tiendas asignadas segn la ruta establecida para promocionar productos, surtir estantes y detectar oportunidades de venta.
- Asegurar la correcta exhibicin de productos, espacios adicionales y precios actualizados en cada tienda.
- Recomendar pedidos para garantizar la adecuada rotacin de productos y apoyar los planes comerciales y promociones.
- Coordinar con gerentes de tienda los volmenes de venta y fechas de entrega.
- Identificar clientes potenciales, presentar el portafolio de productos y gestionar documentacin para nuevas cuentas.
- Instalar material POP, exhibiciones promocionales y asegurar el etiquetado correcto de productos.
- Tomar fotografas de exhibiciones y estantes para documentar las actividades realizadas.
- Mantener el inventario organizado, verificar precios y reportar discrepancias detectadas.
- Confirmar que la ubicacin de los productos cumpla con las especificaciones del planograma.
- Registrar y dar seguimiento a las actividades utilizando sistemas digitales.
- Manejar devoluciones de productos cuando aplique en el territorio asignado.
- Realizar otras funciones y proyectos especiales segn se requiera.
Requisitos
- Diploma de secundaria o GED requerido.
- Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia en ventas y gestin de clientes, preferiblemente en la industria de productos de consumo (CPG).
- Experiencia en supermercados, retail, ventas o DSD (Direct Store Delivery) ser valorada.
Habilidades y Competencias
Habilidad para desarrollar y mantener relaciones slidas con clientes. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y adaptarse a cambios en la agenda. Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin y resolucin de problemas. Manejo de Microsoft Office y dispositivos mviles. Enfoque orientado a resultados y servicio al cliente. Capacidad para manejar varias prioridades en un entorno dinmico.
Requisitos Adicionales
- Debe estar autorizado(a) para trabajar en los Estados Unidos sin patrocinio ahora ni en el futuro.
- Debe contar con vehculo propio, licencia de conducir vlida y comprobante de seguro vigente.
- Bilingue en espaol e ingls.
- Capacidad para levantar, cargar y transportar mercanca de hasta 25 libras.
- Capacidad para desplazarse dentro de la tienda, incluyendo caminar largas distancias, agacharse, estirarse y permanecer de pie por periodos prolongados.
- Uso ocasional de escaleras y manejo seguro de cajas y herramientas de trabajo.

Lunes a viernes 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
