Job Description

Instructional Assistant (IA) – Cyber Charter School (In-Home Support)
Blair County, PA | In-Home | $20–$24/hour

Now Hiring for the 2026–2027 School Year! Complete onboarding early to secure placement.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes.
Support cyber charter school instruction and help students stay engaged with learning.
Assist students in meeting academic and IEP-related goals.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher required.
Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required.
Reliable transportation required for in-home travel.

Required Clearances:

FBI Fingerprints
PA Criminal Background Check
Child Abuse Clearance
Mandated Reporter Training
TB test results

Schedule: Monday–Friday, school-day hours
Location: In-person, student homes (Blair County, PA)
