Job Description This is a remote position. Who We Are: Evergreen Investments aims to ensure that every dollar invested in a home has a robust return attached. We’re excited to provide homeowners and investors with access to a suite of services that help determine their risk, rewards, and opportunities inherent to ownership using investment principles. Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Intern to join our team. This role focuses on engaging real estate brokerages, real estate associations, and local real estate boards are connected to our ecosystem as partners who advocate for affordable housing. The Affiliate Intern will support our mission by fostering partnerships with organizations to network, data sharing, and increasing awareness of housing opportunities using properties offered by our brokerage. These partners will have a "Agency partner" commitment to view our off-market housing units we acquire or manage for resale. Outreach and Engagement: Identify and contact brokerages, associations, and real estate board organizations advocating for affordable housing within their service areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing affiliate partners. Present partnership opportunities, including the benefits of becoming a "first look" partner. Partnership Development: Collaborate within the real estate industry professionals to assess local housing needs and align them with available properties. Facilitate discussions on redevelopment or development plans for housing projects. Provide data and insights to support partnership proposals. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and agreements. Assist in preparing marketing materials or presentations tailored to real estate industry audiences. Track the progress of housing projects involving affiliate partners. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., property management, sales) to ensure alignment between partner needs and available properties. Participate in meetings to discuss strategies for expanding the affiliate network. Requirements Qualifications: Current undergraduate or graduate student in fields such as Marketing, Business, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related disciplines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Zoho Workplace. Interest in affordable housing initiatives and community development. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with real estate industry organizations or community outreach is a plus. Internship Details Location: Remote.
