Maintenance Planner (56418)

Job Details: Location - Radecki, City of Industry, CA 91748 | Position Type - Full Time | Education Level - High School/GED | Salary Range - $74,500.00 - $86,000.00 About the Role A Maintenance Planner responsible for developing maintenance plans and schedules based on preventive and predictive data, and KPIs. This role screens and develops work orders, audits equipment, estimates labor hours and materials, and coordinates proactive maintenance activities during available downtime to prevent unplanned downtime of material handling equipment and production disruptions. The planner will work closely with Maintenance management, Technicians, Control Systems Technicians, and Operations to sustain a reliability‑centered maintenance program while ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, cGMP, and sanitation requirements. Key Responsibilities Follow established department SOPs, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions. Comply with all company policies and safety regulations. Maintain a safe work environment and operate safely. Perform other job duties as assigned by management. Ensure the plant remains in proper sanitary conditions, including allergen and pest control programs. Provide support for sanitation staff. Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures. Evaluate sanitary facility conditions visually and analytically, assess risk based on food safety and public health principles, and prioritize corrective actions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent GED certificate. Two (2) or more years of experience in a fast‑paced work environment, or a combination of experience, education, and training that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the job. Knowledge of CMMS use (preferably RedZone). Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual (Mandarin/Spanish) skills are a plus.
