1st shift Order Picker

Job Description Job Description Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Wage: $18.00 per hour We are hiring organized and dependable order pickers to join a warehouse team. In this role, you’ll accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining safety standards. Order Picker Responsibilities and Duties Locate and pick products based on pick lists or scanner instructions Verify product information and quantities for accuracy Pack and label orders according to shipping standards Organize and stage orders for loading or delivery Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean and safe working environment Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods Meet daily picking and packing productivity goals Order Picker Qualifications and Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of warehouse equipment and processes Basic math and reading comprehension skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Good time management and organizational abilities Forklift certification is a plus Able to read and write in English Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
