Corporate Staff Accountant

Hainesport, NJ | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure financial records are accurate and complete
• Prepare journal entries and support monthly close procedures
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
• Support financial statement preparation and internal reporting requirements
• Maintain documentation for audits, banking relationships, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with operational departments to resolve financial and accounting matters
• Support ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
• Assist leadership with special projects and financial analysis as needed

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working within ERP or accounting software systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
