This facility is seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

•u0009Schedule: 8a-5p, 4 days per week

•u0009Practice Setting: Outpatient

•u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Hematology/Oncology cases

•u0009Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 Days

•u0009EMR: Epic

•u0009Certifications required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS)

•u0009Licensure required: Willing to License
