Culinary Line CookThe Culinary Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Kickback Jack's recipes and quality standards. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, line cooks ensure food is cooked to perfection and plated correctly for a great guest experience. Key responsibilities include:Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service.Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift.Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner.Monitor food quality and freshness; report any inconsistencies.Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader.
