We're looking for an Operations Manager to join a well-established, multi-regional building materials distributor that continues to invest in its people and promote from within. We're seeking someone with 5+ years of operations leadership experience in distribution who has a proven track record of building efficient warehouse operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement. You'll oversee a $10M+ P&L, lead 10+ associates, and play a key role in the day-to-day success of the operation. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and technology skills are essential.
