About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and energetic Mover/Laborer to join our growing team in the Jenks, OK area. In this role, you will be the muscle and the face of our company, helping residential and commercial customers safely transport their belongings. Key Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and unload household goods, office furniture, and heavy equipment with care.

• Wrap and protect furniture and fragile items using moving blankets, stretch wrap, and padding to prevent damage.

• Safely navigate hallways, stairs, and tight spaces while carrying heavy or bulky items.

• Collaborate with team members to efficiently organize items inside the moving truck for maximum space utilization and safety.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating politely, handling items respectfully, and addressing client requests on-site.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving trucks, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 75+ lbs consistently throughout the day.

• Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.

• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

• Customer-Centric: Friendly demeanor and a commitment to keeping customer belongings safe.

• Experience: Prior moving, landscaping, construction, or general warehouse/labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

• Must have reliable transportation to get to the job site or dispatch location.
