Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Assistant
Location: Southwest Washington (Family-friendly community of ~40,000, 45 minutes from Portland)
A longstanding, highly respected Internal Medicine group (over 70 years established) is seeking 23 Physician Assistants to join their thriving outpatient practice. This is a rare opportunity to begin or advance your PA career with excellent mentorship, a supportive physician team, and no weekend work.

100% Outpatient Internal Medicine
4-day workweek for exceptional worklife balance
No weekend hours

6 Physicians
4 Internal Medicine APPs
New graduates welcome strong training and mentoring available
Interest in prescribing pain medication is helpful, though physicians support pain management cases
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $135,000
Signing Bonus: $5,000
Loan Repayment: $10,000 per year
CME: $1,000
Production Bonus
Full Benefits Package, including malpractice
Relocation Assistance: $5,000
