Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or eligible for CFY)
• Experience providing SLP services in schools and/or healthcare settings
• Background in pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to growing caseloads and evolving schedules
• Commitment to in-person, direct services—teletherapy not available for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based SLP services to children in a school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to support students’ communication development
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and ASHA standards
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing student progress reviews
• Adapt approaches as needed to meet the individual needs and learning profiles of each child
