Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

The Production Supervisor will execute production goals during their shift, create a safe working environment that aligns with Ready Foods safety values, and foster a team culture in line with our mission, vision, and strategic plans. This full-time salaried position reports directly to the Production Superintendent or Manager. Responsibilities Lead, manage and hold accountable; develop production team members, demonstrate and require dedication and discipline as a servant leader, and instill a culture of meeting commitments. Meet production schedules; collaborate with other departments and ensure successful teamwork. Create a team environment aligned with company mission and vision; improve production capabilities and implement Lean practices while maintaining company culture with reliability, honor and trust. Model a culture of safe work practices; ensure food safety and quality requirements are met to eliminate food safety risks. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in food production and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Supervisory experience and skills are essential. Knowledge of quality assurance procedures in an industrial environment, including HACCP, GMP, and SSOP. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing. Solid computer skills. Excellent communication skills. For this role, Ready Foods is targeting a hiring range of $80,000 – $85,000 USD, based on skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In rare cases, highly qualified candidates may receive an offer above the target range; however, offers above the midpoint or at the maximum of the range are not customary. The salary range posted represents the low and high end of Ready Foods’ salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, education, skills, experience, and performance. Base salary is one component of Ready Foods’ total rewards package.
