Avionics Technician

Seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and installations on Gulfstream and other corporate aircraft. This role focuses on cockpit avionics, cabin management systems, Wi-Fi connectivity, and cabin entertainment systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair avionics and cabin systems on corporate jets.

• Perform 12- and 24-month inspections, FAR 411/413 certifications, and scheduled maintenance.

• Install, modify, and test avionics, cabin management, Wi-Fi, and Aircell systems.

• Diagnose aircraft discrepancies and complete repairs in accordance with maintenance manuals.

• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with FAA and company standards.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize aircraft downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of avionics experience on Gulfstream or similar corporate aircraft.

• Strong troubleshooting and installation background with cockpit and cabin avionics.

• Experience performing FAR 411/413 certifications and scheduled inspections.

• Knowledge of cabin entertainment, connectivity, and management systems.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience on multiple corporate jet platforms.

• Experience with passenger entertainment and connectivity systems.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
