What We're Looking For

We seek licensed psychotherapists who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about comprehensive client care. You'll join a supportive team of 28 professionals dedicated to treating the whole person, not just symptoms.

Your ideal profile:

• Independent yet collaborative working style

• Specialty area of expertise or strong interest in developing one

• Comfort with flexible scheduling, must include either one evening or a weekend day

• Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent care

• Enthusiasm for integrated treatment approaches

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual and/or couples, and family therapy in a supportive team environment

• Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive client care

• Maintain a caseload with an average of 25 clients per week

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings every week

• Contribute to our mission of accessible, stigma-free mental health care

Requirements

Education & Licensing:

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology

• Licensed providers: Current Colorado licensure (Ph.D., or Psy.D.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic health records

• Specialty training or certifications 

• Previous group practice experience

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and assessment abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Commitment to timely documentation

• Flexibility and a positive attitude toward change

• Cultural competency and ethical practice standards
