Job description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides in the Upland, CA area (including Ontario, CA, Inland Empire and East of San Bernardino County) to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing clients' quality of life by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. Ideal candidates will have professional experience working with a Home Care Agency.

Requirements :
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- At least 1 year of experience
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, grooming, etc)
- Must possess HCA Certification
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities :
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Help clients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor & report client health status
- Provide companionship & meaningful activities
- Maintain a clean & safe environment
