Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current and active Rhode Island SLP license is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Prior experience as a school-based SLP and/or working with pediatric populations valued
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Committed to evidence-based interventions and collaborative work within school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech, language, and communication services to students with diverse needs across K-12
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input regarding student goals and progress
