What You’ll Do As a Barista at Scooter’s Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide amazing experiences. Here’s what your role will involve: Customer Connection : Greet every customer with a warm smile and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming environment. Craftsmanship : Prepare consistently high-quality, visually appealing beverages that meet our standards. Order Processing : Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate our digital point-of-sale system with ease. Workspace Maintenance : Keep the workspace clean, organized, and sanitized to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and team members. Energetic and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Dependable, with regular attendance and reliability. Physically capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds occasionally.
