Who are we looking for:

Individuals who will provide exceptional service and answer questions related to products and services through phone, chat, email, and text. Team members will also assist in payments, digital services, and identifying cross-sell opportunities with every interaction, which makes this an excellent entry-level position for growth. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to multi-task, a desire to help people, and a passion for utilizing new technologies.

Education & Skills:

High School or Equivalent

Incredible customer service and communication skills

Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows-based system and apps, with ease

Able to professionally communicate with members via phone, chat, email, and text

Six months of similar service experience or Financial Institution experience

Bilingual skills are a plus
