Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to provide temporary support to a Capital Markets Property Marketing team in Glendale, CA . In this hybrid 6-month contract role, you'll work closely with sales professionals and design partners to coordinate the development of high-quality marketing materials for commercial real estate properties.

This is a great opportunity for a creative and organized marketing professional who enjoys project coordination, client service, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable guiding projects from kickoff through completion while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and creative partners . Schedule isMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

What You'll Do

• Build strong working relationships with sales professionals, understand their marketing needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with sales professionals to determine the appropriate marketing approach for each property listing, including strategy, deliverables, creative direction, and available resources.
• Coordinate project kickoff calls and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and expectations are clearly communicated.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and work to resolve issues that could affect project timelines or deliverables.
• Partner with designers to develop high-quality marketing collateral, including offering memorandums, brochures, email campaigns, and other property marketing materials.
• Make edits to design files as needed to help ensure materials are delivered efficiently and meet established brand and legal requirements.
• Enter and maintain project information in Airtable and follow established file organization procedures in Box.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with sales professionals and design partners through email, phone, and Zoom.
• Educate stakeholders on the Property Marketing team's capabilities, processes, and available resources.
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience . A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive, problem-solving approach.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to provide timely, reliable, and professional support to internal stakeholders and creative partners.

Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience working within a professional services firm or marketing agency.
• Familiarity with project management systems such as Airtable and file management platforms such as Box.
